         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think I need 13 hours of sleep because I like sleeping in and i like having dreams when I sleep. I think I get 9 hours of sleep because sometimes I can't sleep very well at night because I don't like sleeping early and my parents chat and make noises through the night. So overall, I drop off without knowing that I do. I usally go to sleep once my parents go to bed which is around midnight.&nbsp;so I don't get much sleep. </div>]]></description>

You spend 3 years of your life sleeping&nbsp;<br><br>2. our dreams go in a cycle. you have light sleeps where you have a dream&nbsp; and heavy sleeps is when you don't have dreams. The cycle repeats all night.&nbsp;<br><br>3. when someone is dreaming their eyes move around really quickly&nbsp; under their eyelids.&nbsp;<br><br>Fact that I found-&nbsp;<br>2 thirds of a cats life is spent asleep.&nbsp;<br><br>Within 5 minutes of waking up, 50% of your dream is forgotten</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Deep sleep is when you are not thinking about anything and you are so concentrated on sleeping. You also don't have much chance on hearing the noises around you. sometimes your mind goes blank!&nbsp;<br><br>light sleep is when you have a dream or your eyelids move around really quickly. you also have a higher chance about hearing the noises around you.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;I remember when I was in a really cool dream and i almost got into the good part until my Mum woke me up. IT WAS SO ANNOYING!!<br><br>At night once, I had this weird dream when there was a strange noise. When I woke up it was one of the neighbours cats meowing. </div>]]></description>

Make sure you turn them all off at least an hour before bed.&nbsp;<br><br>Switch on a light when you get up so that you can get used to light. </div>]]></description>
