My role in the group was mainly the building, allthough we all helped build. The groups dynamics helped with the process because we all had a role in our build, we all worked together, and that helped us build the structure. We also all put in our ideas into the structure .

We all actively shared our ideas to collaborate on this project and I think it didn't necessarily affect the process negatively but positively because we were able to combine our ideas and learn from our mistakes as a team.

My role in the group was to share ideas to create the base and then slowly we all concluded on how we were going to create our marshmallow tower. The group dynamics made each of us slowly communicate with each other more.

We all worked together collaborating ideas.I do believe I had strong ideas in the beginning although they didn't go as planed.I would say I was more of the builder and plan starter of the group.

As a team, Alexandra was in charge of constructing the building while the others advised where to place items. Eileen was accountable for the resources, ensuring we didn't finish or waste too much on small areas, and providing supplies to contrast. Anthony was the creative idea that leading to the success of our building. We worked thoroughly as a team overall.

We all helped out in the group by giving our opinions on how we should build the tower. I think our dynamic was good but we could have planned things out more in order to get a result we wanted.

I did not really have a huge role in the group, but we all collected information before starting and I think that helped a lot. The group dynamics affected the process because we were able to communicate on the steps we should take.

We honestly argued a lot about our ideas for the structure of the tower. We all eventually agreed on an idea and though it wasn't the best, we still won.

My role in the group was putting everything together. I had to think about my next move and let them know what I thought we should do. I was open to any ideas but there wasn't really any.

My role in the group was helping like for example cutting the tape for the people that were building the tower. All of my group was providing ideas that we were putting together to provide better support for the tower. I think we all worked great together we all agreed on the same ideas.

As a group we worked great together, we combined our ideas together then went on from there. There was a time where we got frustrated but never within each other.

My role in the group was that I was just the listener and the side helper. But the idea of our structure was there but it just didn't really work out in the end. Are dynamic of the group was present we were all working together, active listeners and we also tried to keep calm and work collectively.

My role in my group was as a communicator. I imputed my own ideas on how to build the tower and was a guide on what to do and not what to do. I didn't take too much part in the building besides holding onto it so that the tower did not fall.

Throughout this project, as a team, we were able to come up with a plan. Not only that but we had good coordination and communication skills. We were all able to bring our ideas and adjust them to fit the solution. The only thing bad throughout was the stress. Overall it was fun !!

My role in the group was following on with the team leader because he had a major plan. So I just helped tape the sides down so our tower can get taller.

My role in the group was to initiate the ideas and build part of it. I was responsible for holding the tower at certain parts. My role was also to create and collaborate with my group. We all talked it out and worked as a team to create new ideas. Unfortunately, our group failed but it was a great learning experience.
