King Arthur’s Code of Honor is a kind of weak code (so far). The only real sign of honor we saw in Chapter 1 was when King Arthur let King Pellimore pass when he and Merlin were heading back to Caerleon after he got the sword Excalibur. The only other time honor really came up was when he went to joust King Pellimore. Why he did it was kind of honorable, because someone had been injured jousting him, but as he went to joust King Pellimore he let his pride take over. From this evidence, it can be concluded that King Arthur’s Code of Honor so far in this story is kind of weak.

For example “Vengeance, lord king,” is stating that he is of high respect. For another example,” I will make you a knight according to your wish.” Pg 14 for both!

Then Balan was sent to be a guardian of the castle. Later when Balyn was going to stay at the castle the rule was all who pass must fight the knight so he took an other knights shield because his was smaller but when they slained each other they found each other’s identity and figured the had just slained each other, the brothers Balyn and Balan.
