What do you think is challenging, empowering or important about taking action?

How might the answers to these questions be different for someone with an identity different than your own?

I'm more "palatable" to people participating in white supremacy because of racism and colorism so me saying things is more likely to be believed or listened to compared to someone with a darker complexion and less proximity to whiteness.

Important is acknowledging the needs of and opinions of the people you are talking action on behalf off. Example: not all unstable nations want an American democracy but that seems to be the 'agenda' or talk point of America when providing foreign aid. We must empower the people whose voices we are amplifying sometimes their societal needs contradicts our own norms.
