The power of Attention will be the hardest for me. I think it will also be the most helpful for me. I have noticed it working already with my three year old. If I give attention to him not getting on his shoes when I ask, the behavior builds. Maybe if I change the dialogue and thank him for remembering to clean up first or something like that, he will more quickly move to getting his shoes on.
