Spongebob Squarepants is a character who is most likely susceptible to Generalized Anxiety Disorder due to the many actions and feelings we see him do throughout the TV series. Although he is known for being a happy-go-lucky character and being extremely optimistic, there are also many instances in which he shows extreme fear and worries that impact his life. For example, when Spongebob and Patrick were painting Mr. Krabs room, they accidentally got paint on his first dollar bill. While it was only a small mark, Spongebob overreacts and makes the situation worse when trying to take off the small stain.
