Then the team must identify the problem. This includes sharing data, stating the problem, and make sure all participates agree with the identified problem. Once the problem is identified the team must generate solutions. This includes generating many possible solutions for the problem. Next the team needs to evaluate potential solutions. Eliminate solutions that are too hard to implement, ideas that are not evidence based. Once the solutions are fewer then the team needs to state the advantages and disadvantages of each possible solution. Once a solution is selected based on its effectiveness the solution needs to be implemented. After monitoring the solution for some time the team needs to evaluate the outcomes.
