         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stress can effect you mentally, emotionally, and even physically. You might say you tired through out the school day but in reality your constantly think of the work you have to turn in or on how its piling up. Stay up late at night trying to get all your things done on time causes your body to stain itself. Which isnt good. Another thing is maybe your parents being constantly on you and not having a word in the saying and feeling torn on what to do to either speak your mind or stay quiet and go with it. Don't let it bottle up for doing so can cause stress to turn into something worse and constantly worring causes you to strain your mind until you get headache or even pass out. So take a break ever now and then and relax. </div>]]></description>
