1. Wash hand before and after handling food because if you don't and you start to eat finger foods/ foods you hold you can get the bacteria in your mouth.
2. Wash hands after handling a pet or something contaminated with stool same thing as last time if you don't wash you hands after picking up your dogs poop, first of all that nasty, and second of all your eating a finger food the bacteria will get in your mouth.
3. Wash fruits and veggies before consumption because if you don't wash them your not washing the bacteria off.
4. Make sure that Chicken, beef, pork, eggs, and seafood are fully cooked. or obviously, your gonna get the bacteria and get food poisoning and in worse cases, die.
5. Eat and drink only pasteurized dairy products if they are unpasteurized the bacteria isn't filtered out.
6. Wash cutting board and utensil
after using raw meat or the next thing you will prepare on it will get contaminated with the bacteria.
