the meritorious I used : foil paper tape wire clay

at first I use the wire to make the Shape of hemp rope then put the foil paper on it , make five of this.then when I finish make the wave I start to make the ship first step is use wire to make the ship shape then put tape on it. at the end I make the flag then I finish.
