An expectation that the broader Marist family/community will provide inspiration and formation to assist in his ministry (to help him to live deeply his own vocation)

A freedom in being a Marist ministry that wouldn't necessarily be found in other Catholic ministries. A Marist community is not a stringent rule-bound constraining community, but accepting and embracing of the other.
