Definition of health for me means Being healthy isn't just about avoiding sickness it's also about feeling joyful and having a great life. Our health is affected by how we treat our bodies, how we feel emotionally, and the place where we live. It's all about being able to do our regular stuff and enjoy life without any major issues. So, being healthy means feeling good in our bodies and minds, and having the freedom to live our lives the way we want to.
