En este caso son ladrillos sacados de Toulouse. Esta ciudad está practicamente construída en ladrillos ya que no hay ninguna cantera de piedra cercana, y como antiguamente el transporte tardaba más, era más caro. Así que las construcciones de personas de clase baja o media se basan en ladrillo y en algunos trozos de piedra (en el caso de una iglesia cercana).
