But in the past couple years it has become a passion of mine. I'm currently working on a fantasy novel and hope to complete it this year. I'm not the best of writers, but I do have an active imagination and I'm working to improve my writing so I can better translate my ideas to words. My dad is European not sure exactly what and my mom is Japanese. I've had some knowledge of Japanese culture but was never fully exposed to a lot of it since my family on my moms side has become Americanized compared to some of the earlier generations. Growing up my parents never pressured me into believing in their religious beliefs or joining a religion. I've always had a love for ancient history and mythologies, especially those of ancient Rome, Greece, and Egypt. I enjoy learning about the architecture, the battles, and the mythologies of the ancient world. After graduating from high school, my mom took me on a trip to Italy and we went with a tour group, it was one of the best experiences of my life and I loved getting to see the Colosseum, the Vatican, and Pompeii while I was there! As for video games, I've always had a fun time playing with friends from real life and from around the world.
