         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the category of students with disabilities has been expanded to include students with medical conditions who did not qualify for special education. This is if the medical condition impacts the student's educational experience. That being said, school districts are already required to be more inclusive of the needs of all students.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe that schools should invest more money and have a better evaluation team. What I mean is that school districts do not spend enough money to provide the support that the evaluation teams need. For instance, school psychologist, diagnosticians, speech language pathologist and all the other professionals involve have a lot of requirements of fulfill in a mater of time. If school districts were to organize better, they would be able to aid and find that students that need assistance. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This a difficult question to answer as the rules and guidelines are set by public and state laws. However, in my experience I found the public school system to very responsive to my child's needs and my concerns/desires. I never felt as if the IEP teams were not providing my child with the appropriate modifications that she needed or additional services that her disability required. In fact, I must say that I felt as if they were trying to do more than was necessary. For these reasons, I would answer that leniency is not a concern.</div>]]></description>
