Today is my first day of practical at Muar Golden Horse Hotel. Because of first day i came to work early abite at 8.30am eventhough my work start at 9am and finish at 12pm. The owner of the hotel who is Ng Shao Jiunn  introduce me to his worker who is Kavita. Because of still morning there will be not alot of customers, so there is only one worker. After the owner went back, she teached me how to register the customers details. There are have many cards which we have to scan and set the room number. After we scan, we have to choose the room number and click 'Issue Card' then click 'close'. We also need to photostat the customer's IC for any references. When the customer want to check out from the hotel we have to click 'CK-Out with card' button. Then give back the deposit payment to the customers which is RM50. Today is my second day of practical at the hotel. I came to work at 8.40am. There is only one customer check-out after i came to work.The other customers went back earlier when the night shift worker still at there who is Amin. As usual i did all the procedures and gave back RM50 to the customer. After one hour, the owner Mr. Ng Shao Jiunn  came to get the daily collection. After he went back, me and Kavita went down to hanging the already washed pillow case, bed sheets and towels which was used by the customers. Because of working day today, there was no customer at that time. Today is the third day of my intern at hotel. I check-in to work at 8.40am. At 9.30am Mr. Ng Shao Jiunn came as usual to get the daily collection. After he went back,  there is a chinese customer came to check-in. He choose room number seven which is cost RM69. Then, me and Kavita start to clean the hotel such as sweep and mop. After we finished that i start to cleaned the room bed sheets and toilets. Sharp at 11am there were many customers came to check--in. So many of them are malay and chinese customers. I was check-in them and show the rooms. After i finished that, me and Kavita went down to hanging the towels and so on. There were who wants to buy the drinks. Today is the fourth day of my intern. I check-in to hotel at 8.50am. There were four customers who is already check-in at night. Two of them were took four one week. The others were check-out at 11am. Before they check-out, i was sweeped the floor and Kavita was mop it. After  finished it, we went down to wash the front of the hotel. At 10am Mr. Ng Shao Jiunn came to collect the money. Sharp at 11am the other two customers were check-out. I gave them back the deposit payment RM50. I was scan the room card and click the 'CK-Out with card' button. Then, me and Kavita were start to clean the rooms. I was changed the bed sheets, pillow case and sweeped the floor. Kavita was wash the toilets and mop the rooms. Then, i was put the bed sheets, pillow case and towel at the washing place. Today is fifth day of my practical at hotel. I came to work a bite late at 9.10am. After i came there were three customers check-in. As usual i scan the room card and click 'Issue Card' and click close. I show their rooms and gave them towels and all the necessary things. After that, our owner Mr. Ng Shao Jiunn came to get the night shift collection. Today i got a chance to take picture with my owner. There was a customer check-out at 11am because she was check-in to hotel last night. As usual, i gave back the deposit payment RM50, scan the room card and click 'CK-Out with card'. After that, I clean the room and put the already used bed sheets, pillow case and towels into washing. Kavita was wash the toilet and went down to hanging the already washed towels and bed sheets. I sweep the floor and mop it. At 11.45am our owner contact us to booking a room for his friend tomorrow. He booked room number eight to his friend. Today is sixth day of intern at Muar Golden Horsse Hotel. I came to work at 8.40am. The time i was check-in, owner was came to get daily collection. There was two customers were check-in and one customers was check-out. As usual i gave back the deposit, scan the room card and click 'CK-Out with card' for those were check-out. Then, I scan the new room card and click 'Issue Card' and click close. After that, me and Kavita went into the room to clean it. Today, i was wash the toilet and Kavita was clean the bed sheets and pillow case. Then, Kavita was sweep the floor and i was help her to mop it. I was went down to hanging the already washed bed sheets after we finished the cleaning. At 11.30am, the owner Mr. Ng Shao Jiunn came again with a man who pray the Buddha. He did some prayers the gave a bowl of water and asked the owner to placed it at the hotel. The prayers was finished at 12pm. Today is my seventh day of intern at Muar Golden Horse Hotel. Yesterday was my off day. Today I was check-in to work at 8.45am. All rooms at the hotel was fully booked last night until 1pm today. There were two customers check-out before i came to work. Kavita was cleaning the rooms when i check-in to work. So, i also helped her to sweep the floor and mop it. Then, there was a chinese customer want to check-out. As usual, i gave back the deposit payment RM100 because he was booked two rooms which is for him and his friend. I was scan the room card and click 'CK-Out with card'. After he went back, me and Kavita went into to the room to clean it. We changed the bed sheets, pillow case and and towels. Kavita was sweep the floor and washed the toilet and i was helped her to throw the plastic waste mop the floor. Today is the eighth day practical at hotel. I was check-in to hotel at 8.40am. The owner Mr. Ng Shao Jiunn was already there to collect the money. Customer who took room number five was already check-out before i came to work. Kavita was gave the money to the owner and show him the rooms were took by the customers. So, i went into room number five to clean it. I changed the bed sheets, towels and pillow case. After he went back, Kavita was came in to wash the toilet and i was sweep the floor. Then, there was another customer want to check-out who took room number seven. As usual, i clean the bed, sweep the floor and also mop it. Kavita was put the things into washing and went down to hanging the already washed bed sheets, pillow case and towels. She also took the dried bed sheets and all to fold. I was helped her to fold it and put into the cupboard. After that, i went into room number seven to clean it because the customer were already check-out at early morning. I was changed the bed sheets, pillow case, towels and wash the toilet. Then, i was sweep the floor and also mop it. Because Amin work at night, he was took rest and i was helped him to do all the work. At 10.30am, there was another customer from room number eleven was check-out. As usual, I gave back the deposit payment, scan the room card and click 'CK-Out with card'. I was went into the room and clean it. Later, our owner Mr. Ng Shao Jiunn came to get the daily collection and also want to some prayers. There was a customer at 11.45am want to check-in into room number eight. Amin was helped me to register the customer and gave them the towels and so on. Today is my last day of practical at Muar Golden Horse Hotel. Because yesterday was Independence Day, the owner Mr. Ng Shao Jiunn gave me off. So, today i was check-in to hotel at 8.45am. At 9am, the owner Mr. Ng Shao Jiunn came to get the daily collection. There was a customer from room number seven want to check-out. As usual, i was gave back the deposit payment RM50, scan the room card and click 'CK-Out with card'. Then, me and Kavita went in to clean the room. I was washed the toilet and Kavita was helping me to clean the bed sheets, pillow case and also towels. After i finished the washing, i was sweep and mop the floor while Kavita was went down to hanging the already washed bed sheets and pillow case. At 11am there was a Indian customer came in to check-in room for him. I was scan number one room card, click 'Issue Card' and closed it. I received the payment from him, gave him the card, towels and all the necessary things.
