I honestly thought I could bring what I learned in Tiktok here, but nope. Literally everything is new to me and I am so thankful to be working with experienced people and just observing how everyone works:
1. how to be with the people
2. how to compromise ideas with everyone
3. literally all frameworks haha
4. Being lost is okay, it makes you explore all these possible ideas that can be used or redirected to something better

in a group of pioneers, i am really challenged to think of unconventional ways of doing things. i'm an integrator guardian like RP so i like conceptualizing and bringing people and concepts together.
