I live in the Bay Area with my partner and two children. I am a native Californian and have lived all over the state. I have a BA from Chico State and have worked in after-school programs for many years designing specialized curricula for STEAM, Musical Theater, Sports, and Art. 
I always told myself that when my youngest went to school full time, I would go back to school for my credential. I received my BA from Chico State. I love the town of Chico, and the Campus there is so beautiful. I love taking my kids back there to visit frequently. 

I am currently working at a K-8 school as a Resource Teacher, for the Middle school and absolutely love it.

He is my criminal partner, and I am thankful for his support in returning to school. 
My oldest, Logan, is 13 and deep into puberty. He loves to play video games and build anything he can get his hands on. Logan also has ADHD and dysgraphia. He has had an IEP since the 1st grade for reading and writing. 
My youngest, Emery, is about to turn 8 and is in second grade. She loves gymnastics, cheerleading, softball, and soccer. She also has a passion for art.
Last but not least is our dog Bosa (named after Nick Bosa, 49er football player). He is a Lab, shepherd, and hound mix. He is VERY active and loves going to the dog park.

In college, I competed on our speech and debate team. I went to Nationals and was ranked 4th in the nation in prose interpretation. After college, I coached the speech team for two years before I had my son. It was definitely a great experience.
