         <description><![CDATA[<div>Any change in the order of the A,C,T, or G's is called a mutation.&nbsp; Mutations can occur because of a <strong>deletion</strong>, an <strong>insertion</strong>, or a <strong>substitution.</strong>&nbsp; Most mutations are harmless but some can cause dramatic changes in an organism.  Environmental factors such as sunburns,  exposure to cigarette smoke, and radiation can increase the chances that mutations can occur.</div>]]></description>
