Due to compliance and legal concern, some systems cannot be remotely accessed because no VPN is allowed in my organisation. The compliance rules and law cannot be updated in response to the ever-changing society, which affects the technological advancement. The government should pay attention on it.

The school can only arrange 1/6 students to have an examination at school, and other students are required to complete the examination at home. Those students are required to set up two cameras in different positions, and the teachers monitor their working process online. This adaptation is successful. It is observed that most of the students put effort into the online examination. However, I think it is only applicable to band one school students as they are self-disciplined enough to work at home individually and efficiently. However, because of the pandemic and other political issues, most of my students’ parents are concerned about sending their children to study in the U.S. Thus, my organization has been negatively influenced by this situation and lost lots of money because the companies relies heavily on those who aspire to study in the U.S. for further education. And this is definitely a good problem that needs to be addressed for my organization to survive. Before the pandemic, my organization has a quite stable customer base because the number of Chinese students who are willing to study in the U.S. is increasing steadily. However, due to the pandemic the number starts to go downhill and as the founder and CEO of my organization I decided to address this problem to all of my employees. Since most of my employees have already been equipped with knowledge in the admissions process of schools in countries other than the U.S. before the pandemic, then they have the ability to adapt to the new changes since most students now would prefer schools in other countries over the U.S. And they are have no hesitation to accept the new strategic plan of the company that I proposed in response to the pandemic.
