Las arepas son tortitas de maiz horneadas o fritas que se comen como bocadillo y con las comidas.
Empanadas are deep fried cornmeal stuffed with meat, cheese, vegetables, or seafood.
Los tequenos son palitos de queso frito empanizado que son un bocadillo popular en Venezuela.
Mandocas are fried cornmeal rings that are eaten with cheese or butter and are usually served at breakfast.
Los tostones son rebanadas de platano fritas y se sirven como aperitivo.

Primero iremos a la Plaza Venezuela para mirar la fuente y observar el artardecer la noche despues de que lleguemos.
Then, the next day we will go to the Expanzoo, a petting zoo that has exotic animals, and then finish the day by going to the Birthplace of Simon Bolivar. 
En el tecer dia iremos a los jardines ecologicos para comprar y cenar en Moreno.

Many reviews complimented the owner of this restaurant/bar, and it is supposed to have traditional food and amazing steaks.
La Casa Bistro- Este pequeno cafe se supone que es un gran lugar para el brunch. Ellos tambien tiene opciones vegetarianas. 
Arepa Factory- This place apparently has really good arepas with amazing stuffings. It is not traditional, but definitely a place to try. 
Maute Grill- This restaurant serves local favorites, Latin barbecue, and has lots of different types of meats. Their desserts are supposed to be great, and they also have steak.
El Alazan- Este es otro asador de lugar barbacoa.
