         <description><![CDATA[<p>An abrasion is a superficial rub or wearing off of the skin, usually caused by a scrape or a brush burn</p><p><strong>Initial Care: </strong>Clean the wound with water to remove debris and apply antibiotic ointment, and cover with a bandage.</p><p><strong>Post Care:</strong> Keep wound clean and dry and try to change bandage everyday if it gets wet or dirty. </p>]]></description>
