We are a little behind in our reading of the Wild Robot, but we want to answer your question from Week 1.

This is how we think Roz has changed.
She has gotten more dents and scratches on her body with all of the adventures she's had.  
In Chapter 26, she found a friend named Pinktail!
Roz has become more adventurous by camouflaging herself and making friends.
Roz is also learning how to survive in the wild.
Roz has learned about animals in her first week.
Roz has learned how to help other animals and communicate with animals.
Roz learned that a thing that at first annoyed her ended up helping her survive. 
At first, Roz knew nothing about the island, but now she's collecting information.
She's changed from being alone in the wild to having a goose egg to care for. 

What is responsible for this change?
We think that being on the island and having to urviv in the wild made her change.
