         <description><![CDATA[<div>i believe that it is called an episode because, similar to the episode in a tv series, the so called episode only lasts for so long and there can be many different episodes over a longer period of time where mania or depression only occurs on said episodes. or the episode can be a period of increased mania or depression.</div>]]></description>
