Cover completely with water. Bring to a boil and cook about 20-25 minutes or until a knife pierces through easily. (Don’t overcook. Remove carrots and potatoes from water, set aside to cool and peel them).<br><br></div><div>In a small pot, add eggs, cover eggs will water and&nbsp; boil. Cook eggs for 8-10 minutes.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Cube all ingredients.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Combine everything, mix. Medium-sized tomato - 2 pcs.
mozzarella cheese - 150 g
basil - 12 leaves
olive oil - 2 tbsp. 
balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp
salt
freshly ground black pepper.

       INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the tomatoes for the Caprese salad and cut into thin circles. Remove the cheese from the brine, dry it and cut into circles about 4 mm thick.

Arrange on a serving plate, alternating, the ingredients of the Caprese salad: slices of tomato and cheese. Place a basil leaf between the slices.
____________________________
Drizzle Caprese salad with olive oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper. Serve right away.

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Sushi salad<br></strong><br><strong>Ingredients</strong><br>1 cup short-grain brown rice<br>1 tbsp wasabi paste<br>2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce <br>2/3 cup rice wine vinegar<br>1/2 tsp raw honey<br>1 English cucumber, diced into 1/4-inch chunks<br>4 nori sheets, quartered and cut into 1/4-inch strips<br>1 large carrot, peeled and thinly sliced<br>8 oz crab meat pieces (claw or jumbo lump)<br>1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced<br>4 cups baby spinach<br><br><strong>Preparation</strong><br>In a medium saucepot, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for an additional 10 minutes. Spread rice on a baking sheet to cool to room temperature, about 15 minutes.<br>In a small bowl, whisk wasabi, soy sauce, vinegar and honey. Set aside.<br>In a large bowl, mix rice, cucumber, nori and carrot. Drizzle with wasabi-honey mixture and stir to combine. With a rubber spatula, gently fold in crab.<br>Divide spinach evenly among serving bowls or plates and top each with rice-crab mixture and avocado.<br><strong>Enjoy!</strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Syrniki: Ukrainian Cheese Pancakes<br><br><strong>Ingredients</strong>:<br>250g Farmer's cheese<br>1 Eggs<br>15 g cup flour <br>50 g Sugar<br>½ teaspoon Salt<br>50g Raisins<br><br><strong>Instructions</strong>:<br>1. COMBINE CHEESE AND EGGS<br>In a large bowl, place 1 pound farmer's cheese and crumble it with a fork. Add 1 egg and mix well.<br>2. ADD FLOUR, SUGAR, AND SALT<br>3. SHAPE SYRNIKI<br>4. COOK PANCAKES<br>In a large skillet on medium-low heat, heat 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil and place the syrniki in a skillet one by one. Cook the syrniki until golden brown on both sides. Add more oil if needed to prevent from sticking. Once cooked, put the syrniki to a plate.<br>5. SERVE<br>Serve warm or cold with sour cream and jam or fresh fruit and berries.&nbsp;<br><br>You should definitely try it, it's very yummy! <br><br></div>]]></description>

Heat the butter, milk, and water together. Next, stir the butter mixture into the dry ingredients, then add the egg. At this point, your dough is ready to knead!</div><div><strong>Knead the dough:</strong> You can use your mixer or hands to knead the dough. Want to learn more about the process of kneading? I study this helpful guide often. When you’re finished kneading, cover the dough and let it rest for a few minutes so the gluten settles. During this time, get your filling ingredients ready: butter, cinnamon, and sugar.</div><div><strong>Shape the cinnamon rolls:</strong> Roll the dough out into a 14×8 inch rectangle. Spread the butter on top, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. You can use regular white granulated sugar or brown sugar in the filling. Tightly roll up the dough and cut into 11-12 pieces. Place in a greased round pan and get ready to rise.</div><div><strong>Rise:</strong> Let the shaped rolls rise for 60-90 minutes.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ingredients </strong>:<br>4 large tomatoes&nbsp;<br>4 tablespoons of rice&nbsp;<br>1 large opinion&nbsp;<br>2 cloves of garlic&nbsp;<br>2 cups of olive oil&nbsp;<br>1 cup of water&nbsp;<br>some parsley<br>a pinch of salt and pepper<br>2 tablespoons of finely grated breadcrumbs&nbsp;<br><strong>Preparation:</strong></div><div>First,wash the tomatoes and cut off the tops.<br>Then,take out the flesh with a spoon and put it in a bowl.<br>Place the empty tomatoes on a baking tray.<br>Finely chop the onion,garlic and parsley.<br>Add them to the tomato flesh.<br>Add the rice and one cup olive oil to the mixture.<br>Sprinkle the mixture with salt and pepper.<br>Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a wooden spoon.<br>Fill the tomatoes with the mixture and cover them with their tops.<br>Pair the rest of the olive oil and the water over the tomatoes.<br>Sprinkle them with the breadcrumbs.<br>Put the tomatoes in the preheated oven.<br>Cook for about 50 minutes.<br>Serve with fresh-baked homemade bread.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Cut the potatoes into cubes and throw to the meat and cook for 20 minutes. 4. When the potatoes and meat are ready, throw the diced eggs and cook for another 2 minutes. 5. Throw chopped sorrel. 6.          <description><![CDATA[<div>We will need:<br>● 2.5 cups of flour<br>● 1 pack of margarine (200 g)<br>● 1 egg<br>● 0.5 st. sugar<br>● 0.5 teaspoon of soda<br>● 2 spoons of mayonnaise<br>● 1 spoons of lemon juice<br>● 0.5 cups of not very liquid jam or marmalade<br>Cooking:<br>Mix the flour with soda, grate margarine there, rub it well with your hands into crumbs. Beat the egg with sugar, add lemon juice and mayonnaise, stir. Add the egg mixture to the crumbs and knead the elastic dough, divide it into 2 almost identical pieces, put a slightly smaller one in a film in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Roll out a larger piece thinly 0.3-0.4 mm on a baking sheet (I bake in any case on paper greased with margarine).<br>Lubricate with jam or jam. Take a big plate and mix butter, flour and baking powder. Grind into crumbs and pour a thin stream of beer into the dry mixture. Then knead a soft elastic dough. Divide the dough into 8 parts, wrap each piece in cling film and refrigerate for an hour or two. Make custard (or you can use condensed milk). When the dough is ready, take it out of the fridge. Roll out the dough into a sheet. Align the sheet of dough with the form (you can use a square plate). Pierce each sheet with a fork. Bake each cake separately in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 10-12 minutes. Let the ready cake layers cool&nbsp; Smear cake layers with cream. Don't smear the upper cake layer. Wrap tha cake in plastic wrap and put in a cool place (not the fridge) for the night.<br>Finally cakes to cool. Grease the cakes with cream. Do not smear the top layer of the cake. Wrap the cake in cling film and place in a cool place (not in the fridge) overnight. Finish, roll out the sheet from the remains of the dough, bake it and then grinf into crumbs.
