They get to visit it once a week during stations and choice time and do Starfall. I have done whole group lessons on the overhead projector with Starfall so they know how and where to click. I don't have tablets in my classroom. My SH students have only used 2 desktop computers for individual use or centers and my laptop for the big group activities everyday. They have the knowledge to navigate and use the programs. Majority of my students know how to use the desktop computers. However, those with low motor skills perform best with the laptop. Tablets will really help them well with their needs if I will be able to acquire these.

We have a ladybug that we access a little. We also use some tablets BUT minimal use because one student becomes violent when he is not on the tablet to use preferred games.  One reading group will be using tablets to do a research project on  frogs starting next week. YEAH! The kids are using ABCya, Starfall, RL, and Razkids. They are starting to love Razkids!
