Collaboration across curriculum to ensure students progressing from schools and Colleges are prepared for the subject and industry at level 4. The session was brilliant and representing an FE College today, this has to be a priority to meet the skills gap in this area. Curriculum at level 2 & 3 needs redesigned with input from UU and industry. Brilliant session but highlights such a curriculum design gap especially at lower levels to allow progressin to UU.

Parent understanding of the industry- they are still the key decision maker for so many young people in terms of subject and career choices and there's a real lack of knowledge out there about the potential of the creative industries in terms of employment prospects and innovation.
