Enthusiasm in class, units with currency for kids. Humour and communication, lots of activities. Labs in Science, self designed and guided. Use of technology. Maker activities. 

Mentors: 
PP, EE, CAS advisors, IAs, sports coach, activities in general. 

Responsibility for own learning: 
Promote active learners. IAs, EE, PP,  choice in formative assessment, DP choices HL or SL, 

Clear learning objectives: Calrifications and rubrics. Not always visible in classes. Emphasis on command terms. 

Analysis of data:
Formative assessments, reflections on MB in units plans. Now part of the subject meeting agenda. Standardization. Data committee looking for ways to improve use of data across the school. Technology to get better data. Have MAP testing information. Formative assessment regularly used to refelect on his things are going. Google suite useful for that. Read Theory. Exit tickets. Khan academy. 

Technology integration:
Responsible behaviour, Maker, use of GDC, create videos of GDC, QR codes, logger pro (probes), MB and Google Classroom. 

Digital citizenship:
Advisory, week, digital literacy, Plaigiarism discussions.

Pre, mid and end of unit reflections. 
EE viva voce and criterion E. Course choices, and college counselling. 

Tracking achievement: MB, DP report,
