         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Principal attends Board meetings. Chair of the Board hosts the meeting. Regular procedure for the meeting.  Legal decisions are made which must be submitted to the MOE as an official record. Board meets twice a year, but when necessary another meeting wil be arranged. 9 people on the board. Accounting Director also attends. </div>]]></description>
