         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Overpayment Scams: The scammers may pay more money than the agreed price and then ask the seller to refund or forward it to a third party.</li><li>Health &amp; Medical products: Selling healthcare products at low prices, or making false promises about their ‘cure-all’ products, medicine, and treatments.</li><li>Psychic &amp; Clairvoyant: Trick the victims into giving away their money by offering them “help” with some sort of trouble that the scammers are saying the victims are in.&nbsp;</li><li>Mobile premium services: Trick the victim into paying extremely high call or text rates when replying to an unsolicited text message on your mobile or smartphone.</li><li>Online shopping Scams: Scammers pretending to be legitimate online sellers, either with a fake website or a fake ad on a genuine retailer site.</li><li>Classified Scams: Trick online shoppers to think they are dealing with a legitimate contact on classified websites.</li><li>False billing: False billing scams request to pay fake invoices for directory listings, advertising, domain name renewals or office supplies that were not ordered.&nbsp;</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
