1. The task was to create a PowerPoint about myself and present it in front of my peers at the start of the academic year.
2. It improved communication as I had to tell people about myself in front of 27 people I barely knew, excluding 3 close friends who were supportive
3. My presentation went well as it had pictures and there wasn't any long blocks of writing. 
4. If I was to do it again I would add more information for some parts.

Evidence 2 = Enrolment 
1. I had to enrol to the course. I had to come into college and they asked me about my GCSE grades, why I wanted to join the course and more. 
2. It improved communication as I had to talk to member's of staff who I didn't know about why I wanted to do the course and my past grades.
3. The enrolment went well as I successfully enrolled to the course and got along with members of staff.
4. If it was to happen again I would check my junk emails more often so I don't almost miss the enrolment.

Evidence 3 = Raised Money For Charity 
1. I chose to raise money with a few friends for our primary school caretakers chosen charity. we sold a variety of things to members of the public on our street. 
2. It improved communication as we had to talk to anyone who wished to buy something.
3. The activity was successful as we raised £46.57 (approximately), in addition, we made the Barnsley Chronicle
4. If it was to happen again I could have come up with alternatives for items to sell, in addition, I could have thought of better ways to make better profit. 1. We were spilt into 4 teams and had to create a plan of action for effective and safe evacuation of civilians in Meadowhall and isolate the suspects.
2. This activity improved the communication in the teams which improved the team cohesion to work effectively as a group.
3. The activity went well as teams worked well together and in the end achieved the preferable end goal.
4. If it was to happen again, less indecisiveness between team members which caused some delay.

Evidence 2 = Citizenship and Diversity assignment pp
1. We worked as a team of 3 to create a PowerPoint on citizenship and diversity for an assignment. 
2. The task improved effectiveness to work as a team as each person was clearly informed on what everyone had to do by what time. 
3. The assignment was done in an effective style and all team members ideas combined resulted in the optimal outcome for the PowerPoint.
4. If the assignment was to be done again we could have spent more time on making the text easier to understand and not as long worded. 

Evidence 3 = Job 
1. I have a part time job where I work with members of the public.
2. This required communication and the ability to work as a member of a team.
3. This job had helped me to improve my communication skills and how to work effectively with a team.

1. My role in the situation was being in the 'control room' helping to plan the best route for the teams to neutralise the threat. 
2. This activity has improved communication skills and working on the spot as efficiently as possible with restricted time. 
3. The activity went well as the teams worked together to come up with a solution to the problem.
4. If it was to happen again working faster given the limited time would mean we had better team cohesion between groups. 

Evidence 2: Comic Relief Event. 
1. We spoke to music students and invited them to come down to Honeywell and perform for 3 hours to raise money for comic relief.
2. This activity improved leadership as it required me to take charge and source individuals who wanted to perform. 
3. This activity went well as I found people who wanted to perform and we had a plan made and equipment ready.
4. This activity was flawed. Some of those who were supposed to perform cancelled last minute and others failed to turn up. This lead to a lack of equipment for the few that did turn up. As a result of this some left and others had to be told to leave due to their bad attitude. I have handed in my assignments on time. This has ensures that I have the right time to complete my assignments and have time for improvements.
This has allowed me to focus and improve working with time restrictions. 
It could be better if I could complete assignments earlier to get then looked over prior to the due date.

Evidence 2. I arrive to lessons on time which ensures that I don't miss out on any information. This went well as I don't have to try and catch up on work from the start of the lesson. It would be better if I could ensure I was never delayed.

Evidence 3. I have a part time job which allows me to balance my time. Balancing time between working and college allows me to improve planning. This had benefited me as its given me useful life skills and has helped me to work on time restrictions. 2. This has allowed me to devote my time to college work.
3. This is beneficial as it demonstrates my ability to comply with what needs to be done for my best chances to achieve desired grades.
4. It could be better if I could guarantee I would never be delayed to college.

Evidence 2. 
1. I have good attendance to college. 
2. This is good as it demonstrates me to be a reliable student. 
3. This is beneficial as it has ensures that I don't miss out on key information and has allowed me to ensure that I meet a time constraint.
4. It could be better if attendance was as high as possible and punctuality maintained at 100%

Evidence 3 = Meet deadlines
1. I have met the deadlines for all the assignments so far. 
2. This has allowed me to effectively meet targets and organise my time as efficiently as possible.
3. This is beneficial as it is a useful skill to have in later life for optimal time organisation.

1.  The use of reusing bags to prevent plastics to benefit the environment. 
2. Despite it being insignificant on the whole, my minor contribution of reusing bags helps to reduce the amount of plastic produced. 
3. This is beneficial as it means fewer plastic bags need to be made and subsequently better for the environment. 
4. This could be improved if the reusable bags were never forgotten about so you wouldn't have to have a plastic bag as a back up because you forgot about them. 

Evidence 2 = Home Recycling
1. At home I split the rubbish appropriately so that things that can be recycled are recycled and placed into the right bin. This helps to reduce the plastic produced. 
2. This is a good standard practice to have and means that overall plastic production and waste could be reduced. 
3. This practice has been good as it is an easy thing to stick to and is beneficial to do throughout life. 
4. This could be better if more things were suitable for recycling. 

3. Evidence 3 = Use of water
1. Throughout the summer when a hosepipe ban was introduced. I followed these restrictions which was my contribution to helping reservoirs refill. 
2. Helped to replenish the water loss throughout the increased summer temperatures.
3. This was successful as i followed restrictions and overall the water was replenished
4. This could have been better if less water was used by larger scale things such as house showers or businesses.

1. In secondary school I volunteered at open evenings prior to the new students starting in Year 7. This allowed them to experience aspects of the school to help them transition.
2. This allowed me to extend my communication skills while further allowing me to contribute and help new students.
3. It went well as I believe I effectively helped the new students to understand part of what they can expect upon joining the school.
4. It could have been better if I had more opportunities whereby I could volunteer to aid the transition process. 

Evidence 2 = Supporting peers (Assignments)
1. In assignments where we've worked in a group I have being available to help peers where they needed it.
2. This has improved team cohesion as I am available to support my peers in developing works. 
3. It was beneficial as it allows me to answer questions to broaden peers knowledge on a particular subject area.
4.
