         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Federal Reserve System is responsible for keeping the inflation rate low “while helping the economy produce enough jobs for everyone who wants to work.” They do this by determining how much money is handed out to banks, which in return determines how much money is handed out to people and businesses. This controls how much money is in circulation, which can expand the economy when it needs to grow, or contract it when it gets too big.</div>]]></description>
