I loved everything she said. She is passionate about her work and that's everything I could hope to be and more. After the day I had today, I really needed something to remind me why I want to teach and why I love being in the classroom! So thank you for that! I wholeheartedly plan to do my best to integrate mindfulness in my classroom to help promote growth and positivity not only for my students, but for myself in my classroom!
