Today a lot of students prefer to study at

the foreign countries' universities. There are several advantages and disadvantages of thisview in my opinion.

On the one hand, they are plenty of benefits of following overseas education. Firstly. studying aborad can be extremely expensive, which this can make a lot of financial burden in

students. This is because some

students study and work at the same time in order to meet the university and accommodation fees , which can be stressful mentally and financially on the students who study abroad. Secondly, students who study in foreign countries can face challenges especially, in some first months . To illustrate, students

can encounter culture shock , and also

students can feel homesick, which these difficulties take time in order to adapt to a new environment.

On the one hand, studying higher education abroad can be highly detrimental for many reasons. One of the key disadvantages is the ways for them to integrate into culture and language. On a cultural perspective, overseas students encounter difficulties at get accquainted with native people’s behavior and work. Japanese, for example, they often eat meals without picking up their bowls. Therefore, it will be difficult for Vietnamese people to share a meal with them.

It is clear that, studying oversea could bring some individual and social problems for that students. Firstly, language barrier is the main cause of all problems they face. Students who use English not good enough can face some strugle in finding accommodation, making new friends. In addition, living in other country which have different culture can cause some problems with students, especially in law. For example, some Vietnamese students might be in legal issues related to environmental in Singapore.

All of the issues foreign students have to overcome make them feel lonely and homesick at first. As the result, they might give up their study early if they do not prepare well before.

In a way, students studying overseas would face a lot of difficulties, those being the cultural differences students would face in a new country, and the language barriers as well.

For starters, being in a different place where one's beliefs and cultural standpoints are drastically different to what they learnt in their home country can be quite overwhelming. In other words, the culture shock would often times leave them very confused and clueless about their next moves in an unfamiliar, foreign area. For instance, an America-based pupil would have troubles adapting in Japan, for they hadn't been taught to bow before one another as a token of politeness, or to take off their shoes before entering someone's house, etc...

Another problem takes the form of language barrier. Similarly to the previous point, when students approach a new landscape, one of the things they would worry about from day one is the difficulties of having someone that understands them. Truthfully, it is quite hard for a Vietnamese student when someone tells them to "concentrate" on a topic, ... granted they hadn't been taught about English in their former school.

In short, if a student hadn't been backed up by previous knowledge of where they are headed to, it is very likely that they will have troubles fitting in a new environment.
