And I follow-up for more info. Student early outs is also a great time to get entire class to praise early outs and mention their upcoming games.

Tell them to share it with a neighbor if they want to.

While they are working on the paper, I wak around, look at the word they wrote, maybe make a silent sign or not to let them know that I've read it and hear them, or make a note to myself to check in later.
