    Virtual reality however is a online simulation while wearing a headset and looking into two mini screens, so it looks as if you were looking with a first person view into a virtual world. This can also be a heightened experience with gloves and a mask/helmet which allows you to smell what’s in the virtual world. 
     
    What is Aurasma? It’s an Augmented Reality website which allows you to interact and look at the world with a new pair of eyes. With this website everything in it has it’s own Aura. Auras can be something like a link to a video, website or even a lifelike 3D animation. 
     
    You need to create an app, which projects the image on your screen with whatever your camera is seeing in the background. 
     
    The main difference between Augmented and Virtual reality is that in augmented it simply projects an image onto the area in which your camera is viewing, while virtual reality makes it seem like you’re actually there in that virtual world, like you shifted from one world to another.
