I choose the theme inspiration because it has a big role on why I am where I am today. I am making good grades and in Pre-AP courses because my mom was very inspirational. Each poem I have chosen reflect the theme in their own way. In " The Hall of Fame" it tells us to go fulfill our dreams and be remembered. In " The Rose That Grew From Concrete " tells us that even when we think something is impossible there is a way around it. In " Still I Rise" it tells us that no matter what anyone else does or says it is up to us to continue to rise. In "Mother to Son" its an example of how we will hit rough patches but we still climb. We can survive! I have loved this project but I would let us be more free with what we choose as our poems. I have a few I wish I could have used... Other than that I am really happy with the outcome of this project.
