I honestly get so frustrated with ChatGPT that it just feels faster to do things myself so that I get them right first time. I have to do some social media this week for a conference that we're running, so I thought I would get it to make the text/visuals for me. But everything needs fixing several times and when it fixes one thing, it then changes something else so that needs fixing next. And so on. I basically think I don't really get how to use it well, so then I don't get good results, so then I don't bother to learn to do better. But I will post what I managed..

I used Notebook LM to produce a podcast on 1 Thessalonians to help me prepare a bible study this week. I copied the NIV text into Word and saved it as a pdf, which is a source Notebook LM accepts. Then I asked it to produce an audio overview. You can set some parameters for the audio overview. I then downloaded the file - which you can do on a free subscription - 3 a day. I then put it through GarageBand to get it on my iPhone and listened to it several times in the car
