         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Having good varied resources and materials that explore many different perspectives and differnt ATLs<br>-inviting people fom the learning community for presentations and debates in the classes and declaring for the students the ATLs that are the success criteria for the audience<br>-Preparing the classroom to be the third teacher with visuals and boards that help sts and provoke reflection about the ATLs (corner or learning station where the ATLs are visible for them)<br>-Having assessment equity to include sts with learning issues that might have different ATLs in the success criteria<br><br>-Involve the community in the ATLs development by informing parents of their children status in the rubric and own goal setting and asking them to observe and share with the school their impressions ( thanks to Vanessa)</div>]]></description>
