The rule is to put money in a little jar every time you swear or you are insulting. 

The charity uses this concept online. Every time you are abusive on the comments part of a website, you give a donation of 1 dollar to the charity, which pays it to nonprofit associations. Slack bot are designed to react every time you swear online and the donation is automatic. However, you can be confident in Swear Jar for your privacy, the bots only detect insulting words and don't read every message.

The advantages are that people are more respectful to each other. It's mainly a social charity.
