Overall, what I'm trying to say is everybody or the majority of America knows what kinds of sugar and unhealthy chemicals are in todays foods and drinks but still don't think hard enough about what can happen if they eat too much of it. I can understand that today there aren't many key places to get healthy organic foods and drinks. Anyway, you don't have to just stop eating those foods , you have the choice and can definitely have a coke 1 or 2 times a week, but 5 times a week is probably too much.
