Immediately, quarantine centers were established for the sick. Due to the rapid spread, people were cremated by the masses in an attempt to control the virus. Soon it became clear that if the infection rate didn't decrease, it would become a nationwide pandemic. The shut down of the popular Dalian Port stopped the progression of the Manchurian Plague to popular places like Korea and the rest of China. The Chinese government - Qing Dynasty - was overthrown by revolutionary groups. A cardiologist is a doctor of whom specializes in the heart and it's functions. White was a huge part of discovering how to navigate and treat the heart. He published his findings in books such as "Heart Disease" and was featured in New York Times on a few occasions. He even wrote an article about preventing heart attacks which was presented on the front cover of the magazine. Unfortunately, at the age of 84, White suffered a heart attack himself, yet continued to work and exercise, determined to keep helping people. Three years later, he had a stroke and and sustained a subdural hemotoma. Another stroke showed shortly after that and proved fatal, leading to his death October 31, 1973.

Smith used the newly invented techniques of containing the virus in embryanated eggs and freeze drying. He sent out thousands of doses, recipiants having no severe complications. Though later on, new problems occured like delayed jaundice and other issues with people amongst the astounding 7 million who got vaccinated. The Chigago Tribune was outraged that 20 times as many soldiers who got vaccinated were getting wounded in battle. A final call was made to switch to a vaccine without serum and limit the distributing personel. Murray was the first person to ever(successfully) perform a kidney transplant. He died in Boston, Massachusetts, the same place he made history. On December 23, 1954, Dr. Murray transferred on human kidney into another on the Herrick twins in Peter Brent Brigham Hospital. The operation took just 5 and a half hours to complete. After the operation, the organ survived for 8 years before failing.
