I have never been in the Omaha Zoo but I found that the virtual tour of the Zoo was so amazing and interesting! I loved how we were able to see a lot of the zoo on just a single screen. 
I found that the sea lions at the Omaha Zoo are well taken care of. They have a 275 thousand gallon pool with a 40 foot long underwater viewing window. When you enter the Owen Sea Lion Shores, there is grand sea arch and it happens to be the largest piece of rock work in the entire Omaha Zoo. I also found that the pool has recirculating filtration system. It is seasonal chilled or heated to keep the lions comfortable through out the year. The sea lion exhibit also has a great viewing observation where you can watch the sea lions. I think that this area for the sea lions is set up nicely and they have a lot of space. I really want to go someday and see the sea lions! Also, based off of the World Wildlife Fund (2020), sea lion's status are endangered currently.
They are facing a high risk of extinction in the wild (WWF 2020).
