After reviewing the data of beneficiaries in our system, we suddenly Found out that there is missing data, that would obstruct our service towards the IRC clients.
Therefore, I ‘m sending you this email to inform you about that and to find a suitable solution for this problem.
In my opinion, we need to put a suitable plan to recover the data, that will put us in the safe side towards our clients and beneficiaries.

I would like to inform you that some data related to the beneficiaries is missing from the data table, especially the data related to birth certificates and also the address of residence, if it is suggested that some questionnaires be repeated with some of the beneficiaries in order to reach greater accuracy in the data.
