         <description><![CDATA[<div>Please reference Gallup Access at https://my.gallup.com for this exercise. In a small group choose whether you are person A or B and then choose your leading Talent Theme (ie, Analytical, Activator, Competition, Context) Depending on your role you will either be giving feedback or taking it. NOTE: ways to change/approach the message depending on Strengths and How you feel being either A or B in a feedback session:<br><br>1. Late employee 3 times this week: A=employee B=supervisor (Don't forget to pick a Strengths Talent Theme for your role and be open about what it is. Best if it is one of yours but not necessary.)&nbsp;<br><br>2. Employee of the Month Award: A: Winning Employee B: Runner Up who asks for feedback about why they didn't get it.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In this practice each person will take a role in the discussion:</p><p>A: <strong>Presenter</strong>: Share for 1 minute to 90 secs about communication at your organization and how you contribute and what you would improve.</p><p>B: <strong>Listens to words</strong>: Takes notes on the words chosen, language used. HOW does A talk about their organization and their plans for improvement?</p><p>C: <strong>Listens to cues</strong>: Take notes of what body language, facial expressions, gestures, or any physical cues do you see? </p><p>D: <strong>Listens to emotions</strong>: Take notes of what emotions you hear or pick up on during A's share. What is the subtext or mood of the share? How do you know? What made you think that? Also can just write down adjectives or emotional words you hear. </p><p><br></p><p>If there is time rotate and do another round switching roles. </p><p><br></p>]]></description>
