Then a water-tight sac forms around it, gradually filling with fluid. This is called the amniotic sac, and it helps cushion the growing embryo. 
During this phase, the placenta develops. This transfers nutrients from baby to mother and wastes from the baby.
Also, a rough form a a face, mouth, lower jaw and throat begin it's formation while circulation begins and a tiny heart beats at 65 bpm.

Your baby is about 1/4 inches long.
