to have a company in Ecuador you need

1.Approval of name before the Superintendency of Companies


2. Preparation of Minutes of the deed of incorporation and appointment.

3.Agency and closing of the deed at the Notary's Office.

4.Procedure of approval and registration of the deed in the Mercantile Registry with the appointment of the Legal Representative

5.- Contract or constitutive act and statutes of the company in question, and raise the constitution of the company to a public deed (it can be done at any notary's office)
6.- Present in the Superintendency of Companies, the ballot of the capital integration account and 3 copies of the public deed with the legal profession of the lawyer.
7.- Withdraw approval resolution or official letter with corrections to be made at the Superintendency of Companies after waiting for the established time (48 hours)
8.- Publish in a newspaper with wide circulation, the data indicated by the Superintendency of Companies and acquire 3 copies of it.
9.- Marginalize the resolutions for the Mercantile Registry in the same notary's office where the constitution of the company was raised to public deed.
10.- Appoint the legal representative and the administrator of the company, and register their appointment in the Mercantile Registry.
