         <description><![CDATA[<div>Began as a socialist, then abandoned the idea as WW1 pursued and became an Italian Nationalist to support the Italian military. Turned Fascist and formed the National Fascist Party. Took the Prime Minister spot by force in 1922. The Acerbo Law was established in order to keep Mussolini and the Italian Fascists in power. A Cout De Tat was enforced and made Mussolini the Head of Government. This gave Mussolini the power to deny any punishment placed on him by the King. His power only grew from here. </div>]]></description>

He joined the German workers party, eventually working his own Nazi Party into the mix and eventually rising to the top of government power. Hitler's cunning speeches allowed him to rise in popularity and get named Chancellor in 1933. He created laws that allowed him to deny any vetos from the above powers, and allow him to essentially withhold all the power. </div>]]></description>
