Dangerous situations: working on the war zone places.
At the begging of the project you can occur on the risks like not finding funds, lack of facilities, lack of professionalised people. During the project: lack of people engaging into the project(answering tothe surveys) Political issues, financing, hr, higher initial costs because of bureaucracy Yes! 
  • Beginning bureaucracy, initial costs, 
  • Implementation: hr, additional costs, general resource risks, and everything else...
  • Evaluation:disapproval of the project's result.... 
  • Prevention: proper planing and ongoing reviewed
