Today is my first day work at onebucks. My supervisor Mdm. Atirah had intoduced me with all of my college. For my first day, it more to hear explanation from my supervisor, Mdm. Athirah about rules in kitchen and what are my task.  She told me that kitchen at here divided with 3, first kitchen is just for fried foods like Mee Goreng, Nasi Goreng and so on. On my second days, Mdm. Atirah told and show to me about my daily task. My daily task is cooking rice, cuts the vegetable and lime, cut dice Nasi Himpit, combined chicken with flour, I am also have to set up and serve the food. Mdm. Atirah had teach me how to set up and serve the food with properly. Everyday, I have to make sure the kitchen in a clean condition when the time to close order. Mdm. Atirah exposed to me how to make Nasi Himpit for Soto Ayam and Daging, boil the chicken for Soto, cook the meat and beef bone, Kuah Sup, Kuah Soto, Sambal Belacan. Pn. Today is saturday mostly all of people are holidays and take the chance to spend time with family with eat at out, that's why I am too buzy to serve all of order and I can't handle with right my task, sometimes I make mistake like wrong table to serve the customer's food. I am lucky because Mdm. The situation same with the last night, I am too buzy to setting up and serving all of customer's food. But, today I am glad because I have improvement than last night, I start used with the situation and my mistake today least than last night. Maybe because of tips and motivate from Pn. Atirah. That's why I can do all of my task with smoothly.

Every Monday I have to wash 50 kg chickens, it are stock for a week. In 50 kg, chicken will divide to three part, which are for Nasi Lalap, Nasi Ayam Penyet and Tom Yam. I also have to clean 2 kg prawn, cuts 2 kg squid to a small size and then put it in a small plastic. I have to clean the fresh ingredients (chicken, prawn and squid) with quickly and save it in the freeze to avoid it from damage and smell. For meat and beef bone, I just need to divide it and put it in container, then save it in freeze. Once in a month Mdm. Atirah will make seasoning for soup, soto and Ayam penyet, so I will peel onion, garlic, ginger and galangal. After that, I will blend all of it with cinnamon, blackpepper, cumin and so on. Then, Pn. Atirah will boiled it. As usual I will do my daily task. But, as addtional task every Thursday my boss (Miss Rahmah) will refill all of stock that was finish. So, I have to check all of stock on Wednesday like chili, carrot, cauliflower, rice, meat, prawn and so on. After my boss buy for all of the stock, I have to save it properly to avoid it from damage. I have to make sure all of it fit in the refrigerator.  Today is my last day, I just doing my daily task as usual. before the time to close order I swept, mopping the floor, spray the table to eliminate all of dirty. I didn't forget to say goodbye to all of my college and say thanks for everything mainly to my supervisor.
