Legal - More people are trying to find mortatages and need legal

help from solictors and lawyers.

Social - more people are trusting the market and it has domino

affect especaily when these figures come out.

 defence cuts for the closure this will mean that

it will leave 378 people wihout a job now.

legal- because its something that the business

(Rolls-royce) have chose to do by letting go off

378 they will be some legal implications to it such

as by law they may have to pay all the workers out

which will mean rolls-royce loseing money.

social-the company normally employees 800 people

so now they wont be so the people who was gonna sighn

up there now wont.

legal: The job losses will be seen in the Flybe UK business. The airline said consultation with affected staff and their

 trade unions would start immediately and will need more jobs because 300 people

will be made redudent so they will might want to take legal action and get compensation
